2021 Goals still here part 2

Hello Spark People,
How is is everyone doing? I'm doing good,... its about 8:45 am and waiting to do Jazzercize at ten. My teacher is doing her classes via fit pro where she goes live. She was doing it on fb but kept getting booted out. Since I started the ultimate reset, i've been down 3 pounds, some people lose more but this is fine for me. I lost part of the weight I gained. I didn't mention this but I had a colonoscopy too before I started. I had to eliminate vegetables and seeds and then the cleanse.
The reset has been good. The first few days are tough for everyone. I only had one day that I was feeling foggy but then I helped my mom put some things away and it went away. Although the first four days. I developed body aches in my hips and feet. OMG I was throbbing. people in the FB say it is part of the detox process. I did some stretching and yoga and walking. I've been walking a mile a day every day at 6:30am.

THe foods for week one have been really good, mostly grains and veggies. I start day two and we are eliminating some foods i ate last week with some new foods along with veggies.
I also have to take supplements and a power greens. Everyone says its gross, I actually don't think it is.... I put a little bit of lemon and put very little water and chase it. Now we have a new drink along with the power greens called detox. its not that bad either, it tastes like fiber.

I also bought caffeine free coffee flavor, you're not supposed to drink coffee. I think that's where people are getting the headaches from. I bought a variety pack, i'm loving the vanilla.
I also have a tea with ice orange spice cafeeine free and put a teaspoon of honey.
I'm learning to eat the best way I can so I can lose the weight.

    I used to love Jazzercise! Tried to pick it up recently again but my feet can't handle it, they hurt after just a few minutes. I try to do the low impact version but it's not as fun and harder to follow. But i miss it! Maybe when i get back to my goal weight it will hurt my feet less and i can try again. Good luck with your cleanse! I am doing intermittent fasting. First week was rough but now it's easy. I just tell myself, it's just one day, and i can eat something different tomorrow! Delayed gratification seems to help me a lot! Hope you have a great week! emoticon
