January was a success!

Here were my goals for 2021:
Lose 10 pounds
Drink more water
Continue low carb
Exercise at least 40 minutes a day with one rest day a week
Sleep 7-8 hours a night
Here's how I did in January:
I won my Dietbet by losing 6 pounds!
I was really good with water the last week leading up to the DietBet weigh in. Have to continue that water drinking through this month!
I ate mostly low carb...but late night snacking after the weigh in this weekend was not good. Really have to get a handle on that.
I exercised a lot totaling about 1800 minutes! I am really in the groove with working out. I went so long after the boys were born without having the motivation but now I am loving it.
For the month of January, according to my Apple Watch, my average time asleep per night was 7 hours, 19 minutes so hit my goal with sleep, too!
January was definitely a success!
I am really hoping I can get below 120 sometime soon. I literally haven't been able to in a year. With all the exercise I'm doing, I don't understand why my body is so stubborn. I was 28 years old when I first joined Sparkpeople and now I'm 40 so I think age could be a factor of my weight stagnating but that could just be delusional thinking.
