January gone and it took 5 lbs with it!!!

Happy February everyone. This is my accountability blog.I promised myself that I would login the first day of every month and record my weight loss for the previous month. As my goal was I did lose 5 pounds in January. Yay me!!! Making new lifestyle changes is not easy however, it’s not as hard as I thought. My goal this month is to focus more on eating 5 small meals every day. Part of my downfall is that I don’t eat when I’m working because I just like to keep busy and I don’t really take breaks. However, I’m going to have to find a way to make myself take a break and eat a small meal every three hours to achieve better weight loss. I wish everyone the very best of luck in their endeavors and I know that energy is reciprocated to me. Have a blessed February everyone stay focused on your short term goals so that we can celebrate once we hit our long-term goals.
