2021 Goals stil here

Saturday, January 30, 2021

Hello Spark People, how is everyone doing? its been six months since I logged in. I don't know why I keep falling out and of course coming back to the new Year. I'm going to commit to write once a week like I used to.

The last time I posted I mentioned i 2019 I gained a lot of weight due to me not smoking cigarettes and posted in 2020 while sheltering in place. I worked my way down to 189 pounds. with the holidays i had gone up a bit, but now I am at 192.2. Since June, i've been working remote, went to Key West for one day, and my nephews wedding in October (don't worry we were safe). so I had lost about fifteen pounds I am editing this and went up to 205 in 2019 and took advantage some days in 2020. I continue to eat healthy and tracking on lose it.

I'm still working out. I'm starting this 3 week reset from Beach body. I can't do strenuous workouts but I can walk I am going to listen to my body because its going to be tough.

I tried doing it three or four years ago. I got sick the first day, i ate kale, lots of it, with eggs. I will never eat kale again, although i heard the kale salad at Chik Fil A is good. lol....

So we will see. I bought the foods I need to do this week and will take it one day at a time.
I really would like to get to 180.00 or below and continue this weight loss. The not smoking really brought out my taste buds.

I'm working from home till April, I hope they extend it because I am less stressed. Well my job is stressful as it is. Crossing fingers.

I will check back in next week....
