What do I do on a day/evening when I am low. I Spark, I read blogs, I read Bible verses or listen to music. After doing this, I feel blessed, inspired and think much less about ME and more about others. I have been with Spark since September of 2007. When I joined, I certainly NEVER realized that this site would help me in so many ways other than weight loss. I have many Spark friends, I have joined various groups and I certainly enjoyed my time.

Some of the things I have learned are that there are other victories other than losing weight. Sure, our primary goal is losing weight when we join Spark. However, we really do have to think of other victories we see along the way. Non-scale victories are so important.

Clothes fit better.
More energy.
Improved endurance.
Sleep quality.
Fewer cravings.
Feel healthier.

Keep this in mind every day. Worry less about the scale. Think about all of the other improvements you find every day.
