I really feel my lack of exercising there last few months.

I had a very interesting turn of Events last Oct 1, 2020.

During some of my Fall Pruning with our plants They needed to be trimmed. My mind had much more energy than I guess, than my body. I worked a couple of hours trimming, climbing up on a tall 18 foot ladder. I will try to make this a short post. Our Jasmine Plants though beautiful was going up and under our tile roof on our house. After I tackled this huge challenge to me. I was very happy to see it cut down to a manageable size.
I thought everything was good and well with my body, I was only very tired when finished, no sore muscles the next day or two. I didn't feel strained, no body aches, just felt very normal. waking up with normal daily chores. On the third day everything changed. Something started with my right Leg I had trouble even walking from that day. A large knife seemed to be stabbing me in behind my knee, as well as down the front of my shin. I was unable to walk up any inclines but I passed it off to myself, as I had over done or possibly strained my leg muscles. I had to begin walking with Crutches before I went to the doctor. She had me have an ex-ray of both knee and was told that I had just strained by Hamstring and also my pes anserine bursitis, gave me a exercise sheet, told me to take Ibuprofen and some pain killers.
Finally after 3 and ½ months I am able to walk without any aids, but an still having to take the pain pills twice a day. I’m still going out to the gym and now I am able to do 5 minutes on the treadmill and 5 minutes on the recumbent bicycle, as well as I have been exercising my upper body exercise. I’m hoping to keep working to get back to my 45 minutes on the treadmill as well as 30 minutes on the bike. I am determined to not let this keep me from exercising like I was last year. I refuse to become a couch potato, and of course gaining extra weight. It has been hard but hope to be improving each day and week without taking any kind of meds...
