Week 3 of this journey

Almost at the end of week 3 and very happy with my progress - down 9 lbs as of this morning, I am consistently sleeping 8 hours a night - was lucky if I got 4 before. Drinking all my water and then some, and lots of walking videos. My goal was to lose 25 lbs by the end of this year. I think I may reach that goal at the end of July.
