Today's activity for my habit setting is to plan how to track my progress so I can actually see it. Good for me I can see my food journaling on Sparkpeople! I am very much a visual person when it comes to tracking my progress. For some reason I am a sucker for stickers. I love seeing the stickers add up in my planner over the week. I did it last year after I walked. I would put my smilely face or star in the special spot on each day. For my 30 day challenge, I printed off a good old monthly calendar. To mark off doing my yoga, I put a rainbow sticker on there. For journaling my body fuel, I am thinking a nice little heart or star will do. My little non-food reward that is daily.
Off I go to check my sticker collection to keep an easy visual of my progress!
