I always have had a hard time tracking my food. I don't like seeing how much or how poorly I eat. This has always been a thing with me. I have done the Weight Watchers thing a few times and the tracking has been an issue there too. I am finally determined to make it different. I have decided the term journaling sounds better to me than tracking. I have been reading a book on habits. It has me follow a 21 day step by step to form a habit. Journaling what I eat was on the list for a habit to upgrade. So, starting today, I will do this 21 day step by step by the book. Let's see how this goes.
