Tracking

I always have had a hard time tracking my food. I don't like seeing how much or how poorly I eat. This has always been a thing with me. I have done the Weight Watchers thing a few times and the tracking has been an issue there too. I am finally determined to make it different. I have decided the term journaling sounds better to me than tracking. I have been reading a book on habits. It has me follow a 21 day step by step to form a habit. Journaling what I eat was on the list for a habit to upgrade. So, starting today, I will do this 21 day step by step by the book. Let's see how this goes.

    call it whatever you like and whatever works for you...the fact is tis often an eye opener if you are honest!
    To be honest..I like the idea of "journaling" better also!!

    I don't mind tracking so much...guess I've done it for so long that it's second nature. But, sounds like you may be on to something with it being akin to journaling. Hope it works for you!! Now...if you find a way for me to begin to like exercise (I'm trying to call it fitness for obvious reasons), please let me know. Sigh...I just don't find anything about it that I like. emoticon

    My tracker is public,,,, if you REALLY WANT to see BAD eating habits, go to my page, on the left lower hand side of it, you'll see both my exercise and food trackers to click on.

    Now as HORRIBLE as this looks to MANY (OKAY ALL) its actually a HUGE Improvement over what it used to be, hence why I lose weight. Why am I telling you this? Tracking helps me to lose weight, despite what OTHERS might think "THIS IS NOT HOW IT"S DONE!" but, for ME it is!! Set what's good for you ,,, you know your body the best. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Tracking!! Without it, I'd of never improved my habits, and my calories would still be 3500 a day!
