New Commitment to stay Accountable

Friday, January 15, 2021

I'm working through a Tony Robbin's audio challenge to 'Get the body I deserve' and as a result, I'm trying to make changes that will support my success in losing weight and creating a healthier body.

SO, I ordered a Smart Scale. I went with the FitBit Aria Air since I'm a fitbit user. I think having my weigh-ins automatically recorded will make me really face my progress or lack of progress. I need to see that graph and not hide from how my daily choices affect my weight.

I will continue to write critical weigh-ins on the calendar in the bathroom for easy reference.
So here it goes. A new tool to help me stay accountable.
It comes tomorrow.

How is your journey going?
Are you looking for new tools to help you stay accountable?
(I'm also trying to get back into routine of logging food).

Is there something you have found that made a difference for you personally?

Sharing what "Works" for you with others can have a positive impact. You never know what tool, trick or tip helps someone in their journey.

I hope you like your new scale! I really like my Withings scale and the fact it has an app on my phone and I can see the reports and graphs with ease.
Will you weigh every day or certain days? I only weigh on Sunday mornings because the day to day variances make me a little nutty.
Please write a review and tell us how you like it!

I am with you on tracking and logging. I see so much more progress when I do so.
