Looking at a Fitness Routine for 2021

Sunday, January 10, 2021

Well my migraines came back with a vengeance after the last nerve block on Jan. 4. As a result I am on a steriod to try to break the migraine sequence. The migraines leave me in pain, nauseous, tired, sleepy, sensitive to light and with my arthritis worse. This makes developing a fitness routine difficult. My doctor at the UCLA Migraine Center is working with me to hopefully find a protocol that will prevent the migraine at least 50% of the time. When that occurs, I will developed my exercise program.

We are self isolating, wearing masks, distancing and sanitizing our hands on a regular basis as a result of the pandemic. CA has one of the worst spikes in the US even in my smaller city. It seems we starting spiking around July and the numbers keep going up here in town. My grandson and his family were exposed but did not get sick during their 14 day quarantine. My grandson who arrived in Japan is out of quarantine and has now been able to register for his university classes.

The good news is that my newest great grand child will be born in about 2 weeks and mother and daughter are doing really well.
