Work toward getting to my goal weight
Continue to maintain an active lifestyle with regular exercise even after I reach my goals
as I should & tracking every day!
Staying committed to all my goals!
Exercise daily (daily yoga, cardio + strength training different muscle groups each day)
Track food, water and exercise daily
Eat more fiber.

Retired since May 2020.
Married to my DH for 48 years.
Have 2 children & 2 grown grandchildren
Waiting to become a Great Grandmother, could be a long wait.
I enjoy reading, gardening, walking, knitting and crocheting.
