Another day

Yesterday it was 36F and dark and damp, and today it was 36F and dark and damp, and tomorrow it’s supposed to be 36F and dark and damp... are we noticing a trend here? I suppose I should be grateful that it’s not snowing right now, and there’s no appreciable chance of snow (or rain) in the 7 day forecast. I guess I am just hoping for a tiny glimpse of sunshine. I don’t need clear, blue skies... just a break in the clouds would be good. I am not going to hold my breath! I called and made the appointment with physical therapy today. They are fitting me in on Thursday afternoon at 2:30. I have to go 15 minutes early to do insurance paperwork. Since I will be there for an hour and a quarter dad has decided to do the grocery shopping while I am in the appointment. I still have not been able to convince dad to shop online and do curbside pickup or delivery of groceries. He insists on going so he can pick out the good sales, and get clearance and discount items. I think that if our county continues to see the uptick in cases it has been seeing since Christmas that I might be able to persuade him, but there would have to be quite a surge!
