Contemplations for 2021

I owe it to myself to make some lifestyle changes in 2021.
Like MANY, my anxiety and stress levels were through the roof most of 2020…High Cortisol=Belly Fat. Easy to acquire, tough to get rid of. Cocooning the way I did it (sedentary+alcohol+tv+carbs) did quite a bit of damage to my quality of life. RECOGNIZED!
Large daily To Do list instead of resolutions.
●Strategies to hit targets have been thought through.
●Acquisition of stationary bike will help…at least if I am watching the toob I can be pedaling!
●Since I remain unemployed 70 oz of water will be doable.
●Grocery delivery will provide fresh veg through the winter, recipes are being researched daily.
●Hold myself accountable through Spark presence…post challenge goals, strategies.
Care for my:
●insides (digestion, liver functions, cell function, reduce inflammation)
●exterior (improve skin clarity, increase muscle tone, have clothes fit better)
●soul (creativity, time spent wisely, meditative, enrichment)
Sincerely hoping that with hard work, 2021 goes the way we all want it to!
