That title is misleading - I have the song stuck in my head! I have no idea why! I think it's by Taylor Swift and the line "I knew you were trouble when you walked in Trouble Trouble Trouble" is playing over and over in my head. Why!?! It needs to vacate.
I'm already feeling thinner in my face and neck! I can see definition in my shoulders from my Betty Rocker workouts! I'm quite happy and today is Day 4 - slowly getting it done one day at a time! Not worrying too much about making it to Day 30, just concerning myself with today and tomorrow. Today and tomorrow. Get it done today and see what's coming up tomorrow. That's it, doing it one day at a time (although I suppose if I'm concerned with today and tomorrow, that's 2 days at a time...)
I've been consistent with my Cloverleaf 5% Challenge submissions for this prep week - I have to make sure I am consistent when it actually starts on Saturday!
I've converted a lovely large tea container into a bank. I've set dollar amounts for my activities and plan on filling that tea can over the year! We are going to glue the top so I cannot dip into it until year end and my husband will be putting an opening in it so I can stick money in!
Every mile walked=$1 (rounding up at month end)
Every pound released=$10
Every challenge completed=$100
I have another one, I think. I wrote them on my whiteboard so I am motivated. Yes, I am motivated by money. Ashamed/not ashamed. Then 2022, when I turn 50 I will have the money and body to wear a bikini in Mexico! Plus, I want to go walking in Britain. Go to WDW. Walk the Camino de Santiago. OK, I won't be making that much money in a year - but definitely bikini in Mexico and one other trip in 2022!
It's hard, with the winter darkness, to get motivated to move. It feels like the middle of the night but it's actually almost 7am! It's not just the darkness but the silence that is different in the middle of the night that is present right now, too. Silence except for the sound of my dog munching on a bone.
Another day and things to do! Just get it done!
