Today is the big day ! I begin this year's weight loss goal of 30 pounds.
Got my Fitbit charged and ready for use. I plan to do a Sansone DVD for 1 mile.
Some stretching and yoga as well.
I didn't sleep very long last night (2 hours) so I hope to get back to sleep
pretty soon. If not, hopefully, I will sleep well tonight.
Green tea, lemon juice and ginger for "breakfast". For my intermittent fasting,
my "eating" time is 11am-7pm. I may have to "cheat" a little today if I can't get
back to sleep. But plans are to drink a protein shake for lunch, maybe a fat
bomb for afternoon snack, then dinner and snack before 7pm. My loose goal
is for no more than 40 carbs, but if it is too tough for day 1, no more than 100.
Work projects today include my laundry so I will have something to wear, budget
plan, and our bedroom and my bathroom. i really need to get my bathroom organized
pretty soon, it's been weeks since I tore it apart and most of it is still lying on the bedroom floor.
