New Family photo 2020

Friday, January 01, 2021

This is part of our first family photo since Kurtis passed away on May 7th, 2018 well in fact our first family photo since 2008. We just didn't get them that often with the four of us being adults there was not much change in the way that we looked. Jeremy our youngest son came along when he was 3.5 years of age in 2005. We do have pictures of him when he was little but no real family photos until the year that we legally adopted him which was 2008. He was not fond of having his picture taken so we never really forced it upon him.

Jeremy moved out on the 10th of August now being he has graduated high school and is onto college now to find a whole new world out there for him to experience. He turned 19 on the the 7 of August.

Family photo taken in 2008 at Christmas time. Taken using a timer set up by Duane my hubby. In this picture my hubby had been tickling Jeremy to get him to smile.

This the on taken in August of 2020

The photo of us holding the picture of Kurtis would not fit as it said file folder to large. It really didn't work out the way that I was hoping so we are going to have a photo shoot in the Spring time to see if we can capture it better.

I love the picture of Melissa and her Dad the best out of all of them.

Happy New Year may we all reach our goals and make this year amazing!

Progress not perfection!

Thanks for sharing your family photos, Paula. They are great. I especially like the one of you holding Kurtis' picture. Also, I can't get over how much Melissa looks like you. You could be twins rather than mother and daughter. Have a terrific 2021!
