Walking——-10,000 a day
Yes small exercise bike—— start——10 min. Arms...10min. Peddling —work up 5 minutes each month
Punching bag—— new not sure how I will use it
Step up——- 20 steps am——-20 steps pm. Work up each month to more steps and higher steps
Use hand weights each day.
