12/29/20--One Thing at a Time

I knew I'd be overwhelmed trying to do everything right at first, so my strategy has been to go to my rehab appointments and try to do another day or two of walking a week, to eat less junk and fatty food and more veggies and whole fruits. So I was kind of surprised that I didn't lose any weight. I shouldn't be surprised bc I haven't changed much. My main goal is not to lose weight right now but to establish some better habits and ease into things so that I am not too stressed. So, I will stop being disappointed and be proud I exercised more and ate a tiny bit better. Also I've got a plan for figuring out which exercise hurts my back the least. That's good enough for now.
