Half & Half

Yesterday I already started thinking towards 2021. I am sooooo ready to be over this year and I bet you all are too! But -
I find myself asking "Am I really ready?". As we prepared many treats for celebrating Christmas with our family, my snacking also increased. And now that Christmas Day is over there are several "left overs" in the frig and my brain is trying to come up with how to indulge in them before January 1. After all, I don't want to waste all of that deliciousness. Boy, if that isn't an example of a sabotaging thought, I don't know what is! But, there you have it.
As I read through my emails with my first cup of coffee, the first email for the 5% Winter Challenge showed up in the "in box". I also read a couple of emails from Beck (from the Beck Diet Solution) that I had been saving. Both are great sources of inspiration! But, before you know it, I was down in the kitchen to refill my coffee cup and 2 piece of fudge found my mouth. What the heck?! ! ! That is the Half & Half part. Half ready and Half not.
But, if nothing else, I am determined. I put the rest of the fudge AND the Rum Balls in a container and placed them in cold storage. Then I signed onto SP. I went to the 5% Winter Challenge page and read. I went to the 100 Days of Weight Loss team and read. I read the article about the10 Moves With A Medicine Ball. I updated my Spark Page. And I ate a healthy breakfast as I formulated ideas in my head for this blog.
