Well 2020 is almost behind us and I say good riddance and bring on 2021. Over the last few months my weight has slowly been creeping up again, and I could blame the pandemic but really the only one to blame is myself for not sticking strictly to my diet plan. And walking has been my only exercise.

For the last few days of the year I am working from home, so there is less walking so I need to find something to do instead of walk. I can still take Maverick for his walk in the morning, but I usually walk to the bus stop then station then from station to work and do the same in the afternoon.

What I need is an exercise plan that I can live with, I procrastinate alot and talk myself out of strength training, like it is such a struggle to get on the floor, I don't like sweating, I don't have time, all these reasons are bull crap, I can exercise without getting up and down off the floor for example chair exercises or standing alternatives, I don't like to sweat but really that is the only thing that is going to make me burn calories. So really I don't have any excuses for not following my 12WBT program.
