I failed to keep my plans today. What plans? My plan was a complete rest day and I must say it was so hard.
The Fall 5% Challenge ended yesterday. I was relieved because I had worked really hard trying to have 120 exercise minutes each day to help the

We played 18 holes on a beautiful
day. The day was so nice and when we finished and I headed home I decided it was the best chance ever to put up our outside Christmas wreaths and window trimmings. First I had to get rid of

After the outside chores were complete finally the Saturday house cleaning chores were tackled. Floors were
and mopped. At the end of day I had over 20,000 steps on my tracker.
I decided today I should really take a day and rest but, I could not make myself do it. When it was time to post my minutes and I had none I absolutely could not handle it. So I spent 30 minutes on my True bike and burned a few calories. I now know I am addicted to the exercise and this really is not good! We are told to take rest days and I failed.
