I failed!

Sunday, November 29, 2020

I failed to keep my plans today. What plans? My plan was a complete rest day and I must say it was so hard. emoticon

The Fall 5% Challenge ended yesterday. I was relieved because I had worked really hard trying to have 120 exercise minutes each day to help the emoticon team. emoticon Yesterday I had worked really hard with an early morning workout and at 7:46 when a golf friend texted me inquiring if I would like to play ? My only question was " Where and what time"?

We played 18 holes on a beautiful emoticon day. The day was so nice and when we finished and I headed home I decided it was the best chance ever to put up our outside Christmas wreaths and window trimmings. First I had to get rid of emoticon s and other emoticon things.

After the outside chores were complete finally the Saturday house cleaning chores were tackled. Floors were emoticon and mopped. At the end of day I had over 20,000 steps on my tracker. emoticon

I decided today I should really take a day and rest but, I could not make myself do it. When it was time to post my minutes and I had none I absolutely could not handle it. So I spent 30 minutes on my True bike and burned a few calories. I now know I am addicted to the exercise and this really is not good! We are told to take rest days and I failed.

There are a FEW Days I can allow myself to do 30 mins of exercise, the weekends 120 and a few others so I may qualify to be a SUPER DAWGGIE (LOL YES a emoticon IE!) but those 30 mins days are kind of nice also. I used to make myself do 120 a day, but I found it was just adding a stress I didn't like.

Here as a Dawggie during the challenge, may we offer you a pot of honey?

ALL in good fun only. LOL You CAN tell Emily I offered you the pot of honey. Donuts aren't good for Dawgs nor Bears. BEST TO YOU!!
