My Yearly Fitness Minutes Goal

I am not certain that a lot of people do this. It has been my first goal to set every January, on Spark People. On the bottom of our fitness tracker there is a Month/Year Minutes goal. Normally, I set my goal around 20,000 fitness minutes. I want to look at this goal often, to see how my minutes are adding up. I normally am pretty close to achieving the goal. Most years I surpass it. January 2020 I set my goal for 20,000 minutes. I always want to reach it by December 31st of the same year. I am happy to say that I have reached my goal already. I am now at 20,224 or 101%. I have one month left. I will say that there are so many people on Spark that exercise far more than I do. I am not the most active here, by any means. Yet, it still gives me a goal to achieve. If you set an attainable goal, you are likely to be successful.
