Saw this in a spark people post...

"This week, I want you to spend five minutes reflecting on your ambition and self-worth and write down the three things for which you're most grateful. "

I am grateful with myself, i am impressed with my weight lost, even though it was not the 5% i had hoped, it was still less than where i started.
I need to take that as a win, and a pebble on the pathway to success!

I am grateful that i needed to use more holes in my belt than i did earlier this year.
I am grateful that i can take a walk without having back pain from too much belly
I am grateful for a hubby that will eat most anything i make or move it around the plate as it if was!
I am grateful for the grocery store delivering my groceries to the back of my car! (including ham hocks and heavy cream!)
I am grateful for our daily walks and enjoying each others company
I am grateful for keeping negative work talk out of our day to day and leading to a better day and and relationship
I am grateful that i feel stronger

I am grateful for a path into 2021!
