5% Challenge: Final Weigh-in

When this team started the challenge I was at 185#. Today I finished at 178.8#. The last couple of weeks were tough and then you add a major food holiday at the end of this challenge...Ugh! Does anyone anywhere ever lose weight over Thanksgiving weekend?
Even though I didn't quite get to my 5% goal, I did lose some weight. I have been consistently logging into sparkpeople for the last 74 days...my record has been 79 days from last year, ending in November.
The next 5% challenge will start up sometime in January. So I have over a month to get down to 175.8# that I had wanted to reach during this challenge. I also have a new fitness planner book
Yes I am one of those people who need visuals (graphs, charts, lists) to stay on track...and I need them in my face at all times. But here's to hoping for better results during the next 5%challenge.
