My weigh-in is almost 2 weeks apart this time and my progress has been a little bit thinner this time because of weight wobbling due to some struggles with food after starting my quest to quit smoking and dealing with the stressors of life that come with that. However, I'm starting to adjust now and should see some better progress. Here's my stats.

Had a small gain over the past 2 weeks. Normal when quitting smoking.

Now that I'm losing inflammation and starting to get back to a true weight, I think my scale is realizing I need to get fitter.

Nothing much, just need to get back on track after the little detour I took after starting to quit smoking. Always tough when you start something like a quit smoking plan, but things starting to iron themselves out now (and I'm able to charge my phone again so that should make things easier, too! esp. cos I can meditate). So moving on from here...
(Just as a little PS: all the physical data from the device I use is relatively comparable to the data from professional devices)
