I found this channel on youtube for the couch to 5k program on the treadmill. I have done weeks 1 and 2 -- one with the lady coach and the other with the guy running. I prefer the guy running because he just does the cues (with music) and does not do a lot of chatter.
I also like the visuals of what the interval is now (speed and incline) and what is next. Plus they do a time for each interval and a graph thingie that tells me how far I am along in the workout.
Just sharing for those who like visuals and cues
