It's been an awful week

I have been in Training all week. Training has been exhausting so I'm falling behind on my nutrition and exercise. I am behind on work so next week should be fun. Yesterday, my foster dog and two of my other dogs apparently got into a huge dog fight while we were at work. We found my dog mangled up pretty bad and my husband dog dead. I had to return my foster back to the program. This is the second foster to kill one of my husbands animals. I am now having to take a break from fostering. I know the risks but right now it's just too much emotionally. Losing a pet that is like family is hard.
I wont even talk about this hot mess of an election, my anxiety has burst.
