I don't really have a lot to say except that I am determined to make this a way of life. Follow the plan, I cleaned out my pantry so I know what I have and what I need. Printed out my weekly menus and shopping list. Learning how to make better use of my time since I retired this year. Made my walking list of music, I love to have upbeat music when I walk since I tend to keep pace to it and it just makes me feel good. I have a few walk away the pounds DVDs for when the weather is bad and you can be sure it will be, walking on ice is not only not fun it is so dangerous. I love the way she does the walking, she combines a lot of moves and of course the warm ups and cool down. All the motivation on this site is wonderful and very uplifting.
