This is my morning routine built around a bunch of tiny habits and I have been doing it since early May.
One thing always leads to the next.
Today as I laid in bed, I told myself I could workout later.
-Then I got out of bed
-Went to the bathroom
-Weighed myself
-Wrote down my weight
-Put on my workout clothes
-Feed the dogs (hubby did this)
-Prepared my 24 oz water
-Completed my workout
-Told Echo to play "Another one bites the dust by Queen".
-Started to dance, sing, and celebrate that I finished another workout
This is when I realized that I had done all of the above on auto pilot.
Now, I feel energized. I feel great. I am so glad that I have those healthy habits.
When I read the book Tiny Habits by BJ Fogg, he said it was important to reward your good habits.
That is how I feel when I dance and sing "Another one bites the dust by Queen".
I am not sure why I originally picked the song but it feels right.
I am currently doing Muscle Burns Fat (MBF) by Beach Body.
I don't have to decide what my next workout will be. I just log in and go to the next one in the series.
Tomorrow is stretch day and the last day for week 2.
These are hard but well worth it.
