21 Days of good work! I'm seeing a change in my photos, but not the scale.
Anyway, here are my stats for the week:
Calories eaten: 8467
Calories burned: 11105
Weight lost: -0.6 lbs
Steps taken: 79,036
Cooking at home: Cooked at home 6/7 days
Healthy snacks: Only had one unhealthy snack (Hershey kisses)
Kind of scratching my head here. But, making a few tweaks and continuing.
I have no other choice.
I know there's some difference from this picture.
