Eating Plan Evolution

I'm gonna eat more. I've tried everything else. Why not? I ran around so much yesterday that I wasted calories on snacks that I keep stashed in the car. Pistachios and Pick me ups are for emergencies - not meals. So of course, I ate over my calorie range when I got home because I was HUNGRY.

Today, I knew I had an extra workout planned so I ate a banana before my power walk. I had my normal breakfast of Grape Nut cereal and fruit. Along with this new collagen peptide supplement my friend assures me will help with my joints and saggy skin (70 cals) my breakfast was a little over 400 cals. That's a lot for me but I was satisfied all morning and through workout number 2 with my daughter's trainer.

I might be on to something here. I need to EAT. I am pumping my water with lots of veggies and lean turkey chops and shrimp in my lunch and dinner plans. Hopefully, this will keep me satiated and curb the late night snacking. I am also going to bed on time and I don't care what isn't done.
