I eat breakfast every morning. I was trying to mix it up this morning and tried a Belvita breakfast biscuit because it promised 4 hours of energy. It looked promising since it was 4 chocolate chip cookies in the package. I added some blueberries, drank my water and tea.
I AM HUNGRY. I am going drink more water and see if it helps. I worked out like normal. I usually eat yogurt and berries or cereal and berries. If I have time, an egg scramble with veggies and cheese with toast is my fave. This is what I get for trying to eat cookies for breakfast!
Oh well, I can look forward to my snack time and lunch because that is what I do!
I am super busy at work today- first call got schedule with VP at 6:30 AM!!! Ridiculous. I set it up, dashed out for workout, made call, wiped down because I have another meeting shortly and I have another workout at 3. Thankfully, only the cats have to deal with me
I've decided since I am gross, I am going to do mini-workouts for fun any chance I get. Let's see if these 10 - 15 mins add up. Ready, Set, GO!
