I ran my virtual 5k!!

Well I did it. I ran my 5k. I've been training almost exclusively on the treadmill for a month after being forced inside due to poor air quality..and then I realized I liked training with the iFit coaches.
I found a great series that alternated interval runs with steady state run and hill hiking and recovery walks.
While many of my workouts didnt log 5k distance I often continued on and tried to get more mileage or at least log 50 mins or so.
Then last week, I felt really Blah. Low motivation and energy. I tried playing around with exercise at different times ofndaybtonsee if that helped with motivation and energy. I got some workouts in but overall notnexcited as I had been.
Anyway,this morning I decided today is the day. I mapped out a route *not a favorite because of a huge hill* and took off. No dog to slow me down *not that I'm very fast but at least can keep a steady plodding pace.
And I did it. I hope to repeat it again. I would like to aim for once a week? But thinking I might try again on Thursday. We will see.
