Book of Challenges

While cleaning out my craft cabinet yesterday, I found a book I forgot I had. It is "The Big Book of 30-Day Challenges". Basically, it has 60 different 30 day challenges in it. The author did each one and it took her 3 years. They are habit forming programs to live a better life. Okay then. The challenges range from easier ones like drinking 8 glasses of water or exercising every day or harder ones like writing a novel. I know I won't be doing all 60 challenges. It got me thinking. 2020 was the year of the doing some kind of loving moment for 20 minutes a day for 100 days. (It has now transformed into how many days can I go in a row. I have done something every day this year.) I am thinking 2021 may be the year I do 12 different 30 day challenges. I could pick out the 12 I most want to do and line them up with a month for next year. Since I am a planner type person, I should have everything planned out and ready by the 1st of the year. The idea would be to make myself a better person. As I do not want to pick 12 that would be too far out of my comfort zone, I do want a few that would push me. I will have to think a bit more on this. I will keep you posted.
