Fall 2020 5% Challenge-Day 1

Excited about this challenge and what will happen. I will continue with my same nutrition and exercise plan I have been living with since I started in 2016. I have upped my walking exercise to a consistent 120 minutes a day (1 hour on treadmill and 1 hour walking my dog). Sometimes I add strength and balance exercises. I know exercise is a big key in making me feel my best. My body feels invigorated and full of life and not lazy and sluggish like when I slack off from exercise. Daily exercise is a priority for me.
I tend to get busy and do many things at the same time and some of what I want to do can “fall off the plate”. Overthinking the details is another problem I need to work on. After thinking about all that, here are my primary goals I want to accomplish this month.
My October Goals
1. Track nutrition & exercise daily
2. Exercise at least 1-2 hours every day (strive to reach 120 minutes/day)
3. Sleep 6-8 hours each night
4. Think about and work to find my happy weight and write blog about it
5. Focus more energy towards supporting SparkFriends

Achieving my goals will be 5 special “gifts” to myself!
