I love the Action for Happiness Calendars. This month is Optimism.
Optimism is the hopefulness and confidence about the future or the successful outcome of something.
This is perfect for this month as we start the Fall 5% Challenge tomorrow. But I need to get us caught up.
Oct 1 - Write down your most important goals for this month.
My goals for October are:
Lose 8 lbs
Drink 8 cups of water daily
Exercise 30 minutes daily (increasing once weekly)
Eat Salad for lunch daily
Eat a low carb dinner
Fresh fruit snack in the afternoon and evening
Oct 2 - Look for reasons to be hopeful even in difficult times.
I am always hopeful. I am a happy person. I plan to watch my grandchildren graduate, get married and have my great-grandbabies for me to play with. I will work to be healthy so that I can enjoy my life.
