What is everyone's plans and goals for October?

My goals for October are to:
1. Build consistency on my food choices, portion control and activity.
2. Lose at least 6lbs. I want my clothes to fit better.
3. Sleep Better
4. Be more productive at work. Worker smarter, not harder.
5. Be more involved with my kids.

    Good goals! Mine are: 1) lose 6-8 lbs 2) get my sleep schedule back on track 3) ride my bike to/from work once a week
