Time to Regain Control

2020 has been quite the year for challenges! But I'm tired of this year controlling me and putting setbacks in my journey. Last October 2019 I made some healthy lifestyle changes and they carried me well into March 2020 when lockdown started. The pain in my knees had finally gone away, we were exercising at the gym at least 3 days a week, cooking meals at home, feeling more confident, and looking forward to a year full of opportunities. Safer at home became a roadblock! Well, tomorrow starts October 1st 2020 and I'm going to take control and get back on track! Enough lockdown! I'm going to make forward steps, one day at a time! One goal at a time! I am in control of me!!
My October 2020 Goals!
1. Going to walk 3 days a week. Already started this last week!
2. Log all my food intake!
3. Eat more low carb/keto based meals.
4. Reduce anxiety - this has been rough the past 6 months, need to practice more relaxation techniques.
5. Get better sleep!
Today I tracked all my food, drank all my water, took a bath for relaxation, cooked dinner at home, and now I am going to head to bed early. Goodnight!
