Gratitude

In the book I am reading, I am on the chapter about gratitude. It states the more gratitude you have, the more good things come to you. Being gracious will bring good things to your life like a magnet to metal. Okay, this has peaked my interest. I do have a gratitude journal by my bed. I haven't written in it since probably May. I am pretty sure not since I lost my job anyway. I think it is time to dust that baby off and start writing in it again. I don't write big things. I write 3 things I am grateful for from the day. I challenge myself to do this everyday for a week. That is a good starting place. I will have to see if more good things come my way. (Honestly, my life isn't all that bad. It could be a lot worse.)
