I am up early (5 a.m.) and I am thinking about weight loss. I am doing the right things to lose weight: I have a meal plan and I am exercising. I just have to have some patience. I want results fast like most people, but I will try to just keep making the right choices and see where it takes me. Today I would like to drink more water, do cardio for an hour, add in some strength training today, stick to my meal plan and get some rest. One day at a time. One choice at a time. My goal is to lose 10 pounds by doing these things. I know if I try that I can do it. I just have to keep trying, it is all that I can do. I would like to lose 10 pounds by the end of October.
Thanks, everyone! I have done the hour of cardio that I wanted and am sticking to my meal plan so far today. I need to get in more water. Hopefully some strength training later on...Thanks for the support! 36 days ago
