On the right track

My goals for today are: Track all of my food on Sparkpeople. Exercise (cardio) for one hour. Drink plenty of water. Rest when I feel tired. I did well yesterday and my weight is down today. I am planning on continuing on this path. My goal for the week is to have my weight down as much as possible by Friday when I go see the doctor.
