Ups and downs

This whole month is going to be known as the ups and downs. Every week there was both ups and downs. My mom's birthday emoticon emoticon just because she not here with me anymore. My dad's anniversary and my aunt Gladys passing emoticon Then the gym opening up again emoticon , then me learning so much from the articles emoticon , then me loosing 3 pounds emoticon then me in the hospital and gaining all my weight back. emoticon to my granddaughter being born emoticon to all the great support I have gotten emoticon emoticon. I don't know if should be excited or worried about what comes next. I won't even venture a guess. So my goals for this week are as follows:
Spark points 89
Glucose Fasting 163 post dinner 244
Nutritional goal of getting to or staying in calorie range
Lifestyle goal is to blog at least 3 times this week
