What comes out of a pandemic?

Tuesday, September 15, 2020

I was listening to the radio yesterday and they had surveyed people and asked them what has come into their lives from a pandemic? How do people feel their lives have changed?

Most respondents said they have come out of this as a better person- they have looked at their values and have adjusted, have refocused their life to match what is important.

How have you changed since March? What things are you doing differently ? Are there permanent changes you will make?

I would love to hear.

Family is most important today. My mental health is key also. I take my one trip to the grocery store and make it work with what they have. I also HATE those masks. When I exit the store the mask gets ripped off!! Dealing with our law office - I have become the Lysol queen which is an added layer of "stress" for me. So when I am out of here I go for a lot of walks and keep busy with my Garden. We had lots of veggies this growing season. Hope you are doing well also!! Hugs

I am learning how to relax and I am not so OCD about getting my exercise and steps in. And I notice my steps have actually increased when I quit obsessing about it.
