Week One

After my first week back on SparkPeople I was able to maintain my weight. While I didn't lose any, I am reminding myself that I also didn't gain which is good. Being pairing is hard, but I know will pay off in the end.

    I had been gaining every week so it is a plus if you haven't gain. You have just started so am sure you will have a loss next week. Keep up the good work and stay on track.
