Stuck - Final Weigh in for 5% challenge

I am stuck in a plateau range. I need to make some serious tweaks if I want to have a breakthrough.

NO MORE EXCUSES

NO CHOICE

I made it to day 10 in the Beck Diet Solution this time around. Sept 1st I will start it again and I will do a 30 day habit tracker. I am going to do a 3 day 2 night hike on the Superior Hiking Trail in a couple of weeks - having to carry what I will eat should teach me how to plan my meals - ha!

Giving myself credit: I am getting better and waiting until meal time and controlling my snacking -- I just need to make better choices.
