Today is new day! I feel a bit off this morning. I woke up and felt fine. I arrived at work and had my morning tea. I was answering an email and started to feel dizzy. My forehead and face felt "foggy" for about 10 seconds. Then my left ear popped and I didn't really feel dizzy anymore. I do have a slight headache now in my forehead but I don't feel as strange. Very weird!

I did not lose any weight this week. However, I also had pizza and a chicken cheese steak wrap over the weekend. I tracked all of my food, added more water, and did try and limit my junk food intake during the evenings. I am still making some oats and shakes. They can get pretty high in calories and fat so I am trying to limit how many ingredients I put in them. I am trying to get back on track but it taking some time.

I am walking the dog in the mornings but only for 10 minutes. I should also go after work but it is still hot and humid in the evenings. I know this is an excuse but I really hate walking in that weather. When it was cooler in April/May/June I was walking every night for 30 to 40 minutes. I should just do a workout video at home if I don't want to go out into the humid soupy weather!

I can do IT! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I don't know if you have allergies but if so, that might been the cause.
I had to go to the Dr. yesterday for a suspected sinus infection and she said my ears were swollen inside due to the sinus problem. I know they felt very like they needed to pop. I also had a headache and there was pressure on my face.

Anyway, keep up the good work. You can do it!
