Getting back on track with eating

I am finally getting back on track with my eating plan. I was so far off course that I was beginning to wonder if I would ever find my way back. I made a big salad yesterday and had some carrots with it. It has been a while since I ate raw food. Talk about energy ~ it gave me the boost I was looking for all day yesterday.
I think I learned my lesson and realize I need to include some raw foods as well as cooked. Plus, I did not have as much junk as I had in the past -- none left in the house and that is the way I want to keep it. If it ain't here, I cannot eat it.
