New Exercise Day 18 & Good Outcome

I remembered to do the recommended stretches before biking.

I have finally acquired a "new" In Home Support Services worker. What happened is that my current worker who has only been working 6 hours a week had to let one of her clients go. The client stood her up 3x for an appointment and this is not earning her any money. She called me early this morning asking if she could work in the morning instead of the afternoon, as she had a doctor's appointment in the afternoon PLUS it's going to be hotter in the triple digits again. I asked her if she would mind filling my 12 hr 27 minute awarded time for the week because I had so much trouble hiring another worker at only 6 hours a week as well as I have a cat (she loves cats). So she drove me around this morning on errands and is working for an hour and a half tomorrow to make her 6 hours this week and will start the full hours this Monday coming up. And she loves my cat!

I don't like it when she drives her car--it's a small red Oldsmobile that is falling apart. it has clear tape holding in one of the back lights and is a very rough ride and the air conditioner doesn't work well. I like it better when she drives her mother's 4x4 truck, but of course, it is not her car and not always available. I am not going to hold it against her as long as her red car runs, and as long as she doesn't drive on the freeway (she doesn't).
