Averaging About 3 LBS a Week

I had my 6 week weigh-in last Saturday and I was down 18.2 lbs. I can honestly say that I am really enjoying eating healthy foods. Tracking foods has become like a hobby for me. LOL! Now, if I can just get more energy and do as well with exercise, that would be great!
